After noting utility requirements (such as electrical, gases, vacuum, monitoring, and backup power) and dimensions, we provide this list to the architect, engineers, and general contractor for designing and building out new space.

Arrange Vendor Support

We schedule and coordinate with vendors about equipment requiring technical support like certification and calibration or specialized move prep and set-up; chemical moves; and for other items needing special handling, such as vivariums, freezers, fridges, server racks, and mission-critical equipment and contents.

Oversee Move Company

Lab Moves Northwest manages quotes, mover supplies, and the execution of the move.

We develop a list of people moving with origin and destination locations, noting any individual requirements.
