Diane Chapel has been managing lab and office moves for over 20 years.

Diane establishes strong relationships and communication within all levels of a client’s organization to understand business needs and get things accomplished.

Before launching Lab Moves Northwest, Diane was a Senior Facilities Manager and Move Project Manager at Amgen.

She managed maintenance and services at sites totaling 1.5M square feet for over a decade. In addition to moving staff into many new office and lab spaces through growth and change, Diane was the project manager for relocating 750 people and 7,000 lab devices out of eleven buildings into a new 850K square foot campus.

Diane holds an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.

She focused on operations management and finance in her MBA studies. Diane also earned a BA from Whitman College, and Building Operator Certification (BOC) from the Building Owners & Managers Association.

Outside of work, Diane enjoys growing dahlias, walking around Green Lake with friends, and playing games with her family.
